In the late 80’s and early 90’s a young rookie at a small Wall Street firm in New York City helped play a small role in providing structured financing for companies in the emerging world of bio-sciences to pursue various stages of Clinical Trials. With the passage of time, several of these companies went on to become successful companies and listed their securities on various stock exchanges. Today we refer to them collectively as the biotechnology sector.

The belief on taking an appropriate level of “risk” with transparency, measured for the suitability of the capital to be deployed, to pursue potential solutions for positive societal outcomes has been the hallmark of our founder that underlines our philosophy today.

Our recent history as a legal entity started in August 2020 as a firm set up to provide emergency healthcare related solutions for the Covid19 pandemic. We supervised the due diligence, design, manufacturing and donations of surgical quality Face Masks for the benefit of the economically challenged and disenfranchised populations in the US.

Motivated to make a difference and change the trajectory of negative outcomes, we utilized a science based solution to deploy critical lifesaving surgical Face Masks for overlooked sections of society to help save lives.

Today we bring that same passion, energy and independent analytical due diligence to American Tiger LLC as our founder did from his early days on Wall Street in the late 80’s and early 90’s, in providing advisory services and investment solutions for accredited investors, family offices, institutional investors and Sovereign entities (to include Department & Ministries within Governments) to help address some of the critical challenges of our time as it relates to the new exciting opportunities and challenges that Artificial Intelligence brings upon all of us.
